In addition to the cash discount, bonus card bearing unique number to be assigned and further 10% discount could be credited /activated in the bonus card on first purchase.
Utilization of bonus credit can be used on bills for the payment of lab diagnostics/ip treatment/master health checkup

Retail outlet member" means a customer as defined above, who is enrolled as a member of Retail outlet program holding a valid Retail outlet Bonus card.

Members are requested to present the membership card in person at the time of any purchases at any of our Retail Outlet branches.

Membership into our retail outlet is voluntary, open to customers with a valid mailing address above the age of 18 and eligible as per the rules laid down by business. These rules are subject to change.

Members will need to provide us with basic personal identification information wherever required, to avail of all the benefits associated with the programme. Enrollment in the our retail outlet is voluntary and is a contingent upon your agreeing to the Terms of Service and providing basic registration information, including: first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, mailing address, marital status and necessary demographic and occupation details

From time to time we shall ask the members to update their contact & personal information with the programme. This is to help keep you updated on any programme changes and enhancements. We shall not be liable for any failures to notify you of programme changes if you fail to update such information in timely and accurate manner.

Bonus card at all times remains the property of Retail outlet, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and after informing such member regarding withdrawal of the membership and benefits arising out of the same. The member must return his/her Bonus card without delay whenever requested by Retail outlet.

When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities and arrangements as offered by the Retail Outlet Bonus program, the provisions of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions.

Retail Outlet shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this agreement due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction/prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.

Loss of card shall be the sole responsibility of the member and such loss should be intimated to Retail Outlet immediately. Retail Outlet would not be responsible for any use of the lost/stolen card of any member.

In lieu of the lost card, the member can obtain a duplicate card from any of its branches for which Rs 100/- Cash collected.
